FACILITIES  

Air-Condition: All cottages and rooms have air-condition.

Anino Lounge:  Exclusively for our guests: We provide excellent meals according to your requests, including vegetarian and gluten/lactose free meals. Our food is always freshly prepared but never in a microwave oven.

Kite Lounge: Comfortable place a few meters from the beach to relax and recover from your kite session while watching the kite action on the water.

Children: Filipino love children and our nannies will take care of them very well .

Electricity: 220 Volt. In addition we have back-up generators and all cottages and rooms have an additional solar light installation.

Daily house keeping & laundry service

Internet: WIFI connection provided by Starlink high-speed internet.

Mobil: Make sure you have a Smart company SIM card, not from Globe!

Money exchange. On Cuyo you can only exchange small amounts of foreign currency at Charlie’s in Cuyo town. Best to bring sufficient cash Pesos. At the Anino Kite Resort we accept Pesos, US$ or Euro, and Paypal.

Shower: Under the open sky inside the private enclosure of your cottage. Each room of the Palawan Cottage has a private bathroom.

Water: During the dry season in the winter month our own well sometimes runs try. Therefore we appreciate your thoughtful use of water.

KITEBOARDING COURSES AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL  

You can kite pretty much right from in front of your cottage or room. Our 400 meters of private sand beach is the perfect spot for kiteboarding / kitesurfing, beginners and professionals, and 100% safe in chest deep water. Wind blowing onshore slightly from the left for long rides inside the shallow lagoon or going over the reef into the waves. Capusan beach in Cuyo town is also a great spot and location of the Cuyo Watersports Association.

ACTIVITIES

Boat trips/Island hopping: Day trips 2500 PHP plus cost of petrol (about 200 PHP). Half-day snorkeling excursions 1500 PHP plus petrol (about 100 PHP).

Canoe: Outrigger paddle canoe for 100 PHP per hour.

Games: Why not play some backgammon at the Anino Lounge.

Hammock: Chill out in a hammock in the shade of our palm tree grove.

Island Tour: Explore Cuyo with a motorbike or tricycle and be welcome everywhere.

Kiteboarding/Kitesurfing: perfect spot for kiterboarders, 100% safe and secure. The waves break at the reef about 200 meters from the beach.

Kiteboarding Instruction & Rental: We provide teaching and have kite equipment for rent.

Motor Biking: Motor bikes rental for 500 PHP per day.

Snorkeling: The Marine Sanctuary located in front of the Anino Kite Resort is the best place for snorkeling on Cuyo Island.

SUP: Standing Up Paddling boards for 200 PHP per hour.

Transport: We can organise tricycle taxi service. We arrange the pick-up or drop-off of our guests at the airport (300 PHP) or port in Cuyo town (500 PHP).

Walking & Jogging: Try an early morning jog along the sand beach, or climb the 98 steps up the hill behind the Anino Kite Resort.

Yoga: Swim out to our artificial island built at the reef. An excellent spot to make yoga and meditation or to take pictures of the kiters.

NIGHTLIFE

There is not much nightlife on Cuyo Island but you can always party at the Anino Lounge or at the Kite Lounge where you mingle with your new friends over a beer or a cocktail. The charm of Cuyo Island and the Anino Kite Resort is both its remote location where you can get away from it the stress of modern life, and spend leisure time with like-minded travellers from all over the world.
